How to schedule your appointment

By scheduling an appointment, you agree that you have read and fully understand the information listed on the 'Policies', 'Scheduling', 'Pre-procedure instructions' and 'FAQ' pages.

If you would like to do a patch test prior to your appointment (test for an allergic reaction to the anesthetic, pigment or aftercare) please email us to schedule it on a separate day. It takes at least 72 hours to see if you have any immediate reaction so it can not be performed on the same day as your appointment is scheduled.
I only use safe and certified products. Please keep in mind that the patch/scratch test doesn't give a 100% guarantee because an allergic reaction can occur at any time, even 10 years later or upon the second point of contact.
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU ARE SICK OR ON ANTIBIOTICS/STEROIDS. YOU WILL NEED TO RESCHEDULE. NO EXCEPTIONS!
If you are knowingly under the influence of drugs, alcohol or any mood altering drugs/medications YOU WILL BE CANCELED AND RESCHEDULED! You will forfeit your non-refundable booking fee and will be required to secure a new appointment with a new non-refundable booking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*I don't show up to our appointment under the influence, and neither should you.
